Terms & Conditions

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Knowing Agency ("Agency") and the individual submitting their phone number and/or email address through any of the Agency's online forms ("User").

 

1. Purpose of Phone Number and Email Address Collection:

 

By submitting their phone number and/or email address through any of the Agency's online forms, the User agrees to provide their contact information for the purpose of enabling the Agency to respond to their inquiry, follow up with them regarding their request, and send marketing messages and materials related to the Agency's brand and services. Additionally, the User's email address may be included in the Agency's mailing list, which may include receiving the Agency's newsletter. The User can opt out of receiving the Agency's newsletter at any time. Should the User want to remove their contact information from the Agency's system altogether, the User can contact the Agency at info@theknowingagency.com to make that request.

 

2. Non-Disclosure and Non-Sale:

 

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Agency will not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose their contact information to any third party without the User's express consent, except as required by law.

 

3. Limited Use:

 

The User acknowledges and agrees that their contact information will be used by the Agency for the purposes stated in Section 1 of this Agreement and for no other purpose without the User's express consent.

 

4. Data Security:

 

The Agency will take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of the User's contact information. However, the Agency cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.

 

5. Consent:

 

By checking the box provided on any of the Agency's online forms indicating agreement to these Terms & Conditions, the User expressly consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their contact information in accordance with this Agreement.

 

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

 

The Agency reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Agency's website.

 

7. Governing Law:

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Entire Agreement:

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Agency regarding the use of the User's contact information and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By checking the box and submitting their contact information through any of the Agency's online forms, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
